Project Coordinator (PC) will promote and maintain a common project vision and clearly defined objectives, communicate with the EU and work on the preparation of all project management documentation, ensuring the timely realization of the project schedule. The PC will also be responsible for overall coordination of information exchanges between her team and the partner institutions, particularly in relation to coordinating staff exchanges, collaboration in event organization, and facilitating network expansion. The Project Management Board, consisting of PC and selected representatives of all partners (FFUL, ORU, AmsterdamUMC) will constitute the main decision-making body responsible for the detailed implementation of the Project. All decisions will be made at 6-month periodical meetings and annual meetings of all participants.
