On May 29th, high school students visited IBISS as part of the Institute’s Open day. They also had the opportunity to find out about the research being carried out as part of the STRIMHealth project in the Department of Biochemistry. Our colleagues Biljana Bursać, Nataša Veličković and Ana Đorđević told them about fatty liver disease and the methodology we use in this project to find successful biomarkers and a possible treatment for the disease. We hope it was interesting and hope to see them again next time!
