The STRIMHealth project has officially launched its WP5 activities, aimed at enhancing entrepreneurship and the innovative potential of IBISS researchers.
Dr Nataša Veličković, coordinator of STRIMHealth project, and Dr Marijana Skorić, member of the IBISS Knowledge and Technology Transfer Team, presented the project’s main goals and opportunities for collaboration at the Horizons of Innovation – EU Research Collaboration Forum, held on 2 December 2025 in Novi Sad, Serbia.
During the event, they engaged in business-to-business (B2B) discussions with Dr Marija Lesjak, Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Novi Sad and co-founder of the start-up FeJuice, as well as Dr Jelena Milešević, scientific consultant at CAPNUTRA, an organization advancing nutrition research and policy in Central and Eastern Europe.
This event a s well as WP5 activities are expected to strengthen the innovative potential of IBISS, enhance the global visibility of its researchers, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration and the translation of metabolic disease research into real-world impact.
