As part of the planned activities within the STRIMHealth project, a team from IBISS – including Tanja Naumović and Milena Terzić from the Administrative Department, Nenad Bucalo from the Financial Department, Dr. Danijela Vojnović Milutinović, coordinator of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Team, and Dr. Ivana Stojanović, coordinator of the Project Support Team – visited the Amsterdam University Medical Center (Amsterdam UMC) in the Netherlands from 2–8 June 2025.
During this productive exchange, the team gained valuable insights into the lifecycle of EU project applications, the principles of open data, and the robust internal support systems that Amsterdam UMC provides for project coordinators. From streamlined financial workflows to administrative best practices, the visit offered a clear vision of how institutional support can amplify the success of EU project applications.
Inspired by this experience, we are eager to integrate these newly acquired competencies at IBISS, marking a new chapter in our approach to EU-funded projects – one that is more efficient, collaborative, and aligned with best European practices.
