STRIMHealth project members actively participated in the 13th Annual International & Interdisciplinary Scientific Congress on Food Production and Processing, Food Quality and Safety, Nutrition and Health (NUTRICON 2026), held in Ohrid, North Macedonia, from 3–5 June 2026.
Dr. Ana Djordjević delivered an oral presentation on the potential of reverse translation and multi-omics profiling for the development of novel MASLD treatments, whereas young researcher Milivoje Konstantinović showcased selected project findings during the poster session. To further promote the project, STRIMHealth was represented at a dedicated project corner, where dr Svetlana Dinić and dr Jelena Brkljačić engaged with congress participants in numerous fruitful discussions.
The project corner served as an excellent venue for disseminating project results, sharing experiences, and discussing future collaboration opportunities. Participation in NUTRICON 2026 enhanced the visibility of the project, supported knowledge exchange, and strengthened professional networks.
