As part of the STRIMHealth project activities to enhance knowledge on research project management and implementation, we are pleased to announce the Workshop for Post-award Research Management, which will be held online, on 21 November 2025.
This training is open to employees of University of Belgrade or other academic institution in Serbia, interested in the application and implementation of EU-funding projects. PhD students and early-stage researchers are particularly encouraged to participate.
The agenda will include the following:
• Overview of the Horizon Europe (HE) project lifecycle – from grant agreement to project closure
• Implementation of the HE projects: Reporting, Amendments, and Reviews
• Financial Management, Reporting and Audits
• Interactive session for Project Management
The training will be delivered by Prof. Matej Orešič (School of Medical Sciences, Örebro University) and representatives of the Örebro University Grant Office, through a combination of presentations and a practical project management session.
